I need some details.
1. Are you the player with the ball or the defender?
2. What exactly is the bug?

I was the defender. It just happened to me that 70-80% of the time I made a solid take charge stance I was always called for blocking foul.
I think there is something glitchy about this take charge animation. A few times, CPU players just magically slide past me like you can literally see they nearly teleport from one side of my body to the other and avoid the foul.
Finally, many times, as a small forward when I stand still take charge on the route of a running CPU player, I got pushed down to the floor but no foul (I didn't flop) while most of the time I did that with my big center, CPU got a foul.
Yeah feel like the collision animation is not working perfectly in many cases.
